in the name of Turkey’s 11 President Abdullah Gül began education on July 21, 2010.

It was built on the plot of Turkey’s first and still one of the largest industrial campus,
Sümerbank Factory.
Built in compliance with the requirements of modern era on the basis of modern architec-
ture, the university has a library and a museum with the same name within the campus.
