They send all the corps they produce cultivating the soil with great effort to other cities of
Turkey… As well as the fruits like apples, apricots, walnuts, almonds they produce, wheat is
among the most produced plants. In Kayseri, which has a continental climate, the wide and
wet plain enables wheat production. Sugar beets also come out as an important product in
terms of economy. The harvested beets are processed at the Sugar Factory, which is one of
the largest industrial facilities in Kayseri. Kayseri lives on the earth and respects the earth.
