Dear Photograph Lovers,

We are proud and happy to be able to successfully complete the 4th of the photo con-
test which has become a traditional and at the national level organized competition.

Photography teaches people concepts such as free thought, aesthetics, communi-
cation, patience, reality, common language and universality, enabling people to look
at different points of life. In the contest we have started by adopting these features of
photography, the participation and interest is so great that it has led us to the need to
make new projects. For this reason, work has begun to make the next photo contest
possible on the international platform.

654 photographers with 2.346 photos participated in the 4th National Photography
Competition, Life, Nature and Culture in Kayseri. As a result of the meticulous evalua-
tions of valuable juries; Mehmet Palta won the first place in Kayseri and Mustafa Doğan
Şahiner won second place in Niğde. The third was Mehmet Ali Ercan from Balıkesir.
Eser Paşa from Aydın, Resul Çelik from İstanbul and Seçkin Yenici from Aydın were
worthy of honorable mention.
I congratulate our photographers who holds the high ranks and I would like to thank all
of the photograph lovers who have strived to take beautiful photographs.
