Uygulama Etabı’nın hak sahipleri ile uzlaşma görüşmeleri 28 Mayıs
2018’den itibaren başlamıştır. Bakanlar Kurulu kararı ile 11 Nisan 2018
tarihinde Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren II. Uygulama
Etabı’nda 42 bin m²’lik alanda 87 bina, bu binalarda 515 konut, 51 işyeri
olmak üzere toplam 566 bağımsız bölüm bulunuyor

RAYLI SISTEM
1 Ağustos 2009 tarihinden bugüne Kayseri halkı raylı sistem ile
yolculuk yapmaktadır. Aslında raylı sistem konusu ilk olarak 1979
yılında gündeme gelmiş, proje o günden beridir bazen hız kazanmış
bazen de kesintiye uğramıştır.
16 Kasım 1979 tarihinde Belediye Encümeni’nin almış olduğu
kararla; Konya, Adana, Eskişehir, Ankara ve Afyon’a rayların ve bağ-
lantı elemanlarının teslim alınması için personel görevlendirilmiştir.
Türkiye’de ilk defa tramvayla toplu taşımacılığın gerçekleştirilmesi
yönünde atılan adım, siyasi sebeplerle kesintiye uğramıştır. 1989 yılında
Niyazi Bahçecioğlu’nun belediye başkanı seçilmesiyle, raylı sistem
konusu yeniden gündeme gelmiştir.

force with the decision of the Council of Ministers on 11 April 2018. In

the 2 phase, there are 87 buildings in an area covering 42,000 square
meters and having 566 independent sections including 515 houses and
51 offices in these buildings.

RAIL SYSTEM
Since August 1, 2009, the people of Kayseri are traveling by the rail
system. In fact, the rail system was discussed in 1979 and the project was
sometimes accelerated while it was sometimes interrupted.
The Municipal Council decided on November 16, 1979, to deliver the
fittings and rails from Konya, Adana, Eskişehir, Ankara, and Afyon.
The first step to realize the public transportation by tram in Turkey was
interrupted for political reasons. With the election of Niyazi Bahçecioğlu
as the Mayor in 1989, the rail system was added to the agenda once again.
